"Goal of an artist is to create definitive work that cannot be surpassed."

-George Bernard Shaw

Who is Noko?

Noko Malatjie is a jack of all trades, but more specialises in creating innovative projects and creative work, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. His collaborative effort with Lethabo Rapoo, a brother and a good friend, started HuntForMelanin a campaign that was aimed at abolishing the negative stigma about the dark skinned black women not considered to be beautiful.  Above all I just want to innovate and stimulate minds, travel the world and penetrate through times, and seek peace and wisdom.

"Be the voice."

I want the world to appreciate and value Black women, we want to celebrate black women everyday. I am currently working with brands to create music festivals to celebrate black women and hosting talk events for black women to share their stories. My t aim is to leave an indelible imprint on black women that they beautiful, regardless on the shade of their skin.

I strongly believe and passionate about black women , therefore i believe their struggles and triumphs should be documented, to spread out a message of hope and inspiration to other black women. We established to acknowledge and represent African girls who do not make front cover for every national newspaper/magazine.

Blessed is the hand that gives, than the one that receives.

"I would consider myself a philanthropist," Only when you look at the world differently then can you bring about positive and meaningful change. In August 2017 he gathered a team of like minded individuals who want to bring about change in the community and made the partnership between Pearson Institution of Higher Education and Tumelo home of the Handicapped. He believes that change should come from within only then one could bring about a change in the world.
